As a Senior Content Designer, I have a passion for making complex experiences feel effortless. For nearly a decade, I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams to craft content that reduces friction, builds trust, and helps users take action with confidence.
I specialize in data-driven content strategy, user experience, and systems thinking—whether it’s shaping a new product from scratch or refining existing flows. My approach is simple: great content isn’t about adding more words; it’s about making the right words work harder. If I’m doing my job well, I’m actually writing less, not more.
At Intuit, we would receive anonymous peer feedback from our closest collaborators—including PMs, UX and Visual Designers, and fellow Content Designers—every six months. The following is a small sampling of quotes I’ve received that are indicative of the most frequent sentiments I received during my almost seven years at Intuit.
“Christianna is great at understanding core accounting problems and can come up with really good content suggestions very quickly and efficiently. Her quick problem solving is amazing and working sessions with her are always fun & productive! She is a great content partner to work with.”
“She gives focused feedback during peer review and knows the product well, which helps answer questions I didn't think about. Even if I reached out to her late on a Friday (which I did several times) she would reply back with helpful info.”
“Christianna’s a team player and constantly advocates for content design. As the Advanced CD lead, she made sure content was always seated at the table.”
“Her customer empathy is a big strength. She’s always thinking about the user and putting herself in their shoes.”
A few years ago, I wrote a thirty-minute comedy pilot loosely based on my experience being homeschooled. It made it into the second round at the Austin Film Festival.
I love language, accents, and dialectic idiosyncrasies. I pride myself on being able to pinpoint someone’s accent exactly and adapt to their regional vernacular.
I’m into tarot and astrology, but I promise I’m not a kook.
